Where can I edit my personal details and what are they used for?
Edit your personal details in MyIntertraffic by clicking on the pencil icon, edit your details and save them. In case you register your visit through MyIntertraffic, your details will be used in your visitor registration, so you do not need to re-enter them.
If you register for another personal space, we will use the name and address details in our system.
Can I register multiple persons for a visit in MyIntertraffic?
This is not possible. MyIntertraffic is linked to your email address. You can register one visitor per email address.
Do you want to register your colleagues? Please create a MyIntertraffic account with their personal email addresses.
Don't forget to let them know they can use their personal space to prepare their visit to the show!
Do I need to create a new account for every edition of the show?
No, that is not necessary. Next edition of the show you can use the same login details to access MyIntertraffic.
If I intend to visit different shows do I need multiple accounts?
No, you don't have to create an account for every show. You have 1 account for all shows organized by RAI Amsterdam. You can login to your account on the different show websites.
What happens when I link my social media accounts?
You can use your Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn accounts to login to your MyIntertraffic. This allows you to use the login of your social account so you don’t need to remember additional login details.
If you give permission to publish your data we may use your social profile photo on our website or in other Intertraffic Amsterdam communication materials.
How can I login to MyIntertraffic?
If you already have an account, go to MyIntertraffic in the top navigation (right top corner) of the website. Login with your social account or your email address and password.
If you do not yet have an account, but would like to use MyIntertraffic, click on 'Register'.
