End of March RAI Amsterdam will be the proud host for the global mobility ecosystem and we can’t wait to welcome everyone. Intertraffic Amsterdam is all set to put the spotlights on the latest developments in the world of mobility and traffic technology. We look forward to finally reunite the Intertraffic community from 29 March to 1 April 2022.
Global circumstances continue to evolve and with the realisation that Covid-19 is not going to go away governments are charging ahead in finding the right balance between cautiousness, safety and a liveable and economically flourishing society. With the early proactive action of the Dutch government, successful vaccination campaigns and health expert views we have every confidence we can run a successful in-person event early Spring.
The continuous commitment of long time exhibitors and surge in demand for stand space amongst newcomers demonstrate the eagerness to meet in an in-person setting is omnipresent. The 2022 edition will feature well over 800 exhibitors spread over 13 exhibit halls, combined with a free to attend 120 session strong educational component, the Intertraffic Summit & Demonstration Programme. Renowned companies, cities and stakeholder organizations such as Swarco, 3M, Yunex Traffic, EasyPark, International Road Federation, Polis, City of Amsterdam, TomTom, Visa, Mobileye, Teledyne FLIR, Redflex Traffic Systems, Flowbird, WPS Traffic Systems and many others will be part of the programme.
Our Intertraffic campaign confirms the positive outlook from visitors for our Spring event. Visitors from over 120 countries have already registered their attendance.
The technological advancement in our industry is racing forward. It is therefore more critical than ever for us to get together and share our knowledge and expertise. Networking is high on everyone’s agenda. The increasing global population and consequent rise in urbanization brings constant new challenges to keep our roads smart, safe and environmentally friendly. The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of the mobility sector cannot be underestimated and perhaps have not yet been fully felt. An essential factor of global progress is sharing our insights. Over the years Intertraffic has been responsible for identifying trends, launching new products, giving the world its first view of technological innovations and announcing a plethora of initiatives, new companies and major collaborations and joint ventures.
It goes without saying that the safety and well-being of all our visitors, exhibitors and staff is our top priority. We are committed to delivering a safe Intertraffic Amsterdam 2022. As organisers of the show, we will comply with the official guidelines of the Dutch Government and follow RAI's COVID-19 protocols.
Intertraffic proudly delivers the essential business momentum the industry needs. The broad offering of solutions on display combined with the extensive summit & demonstration programme will make attending Intertraffic a valuable and rewarding experience for dedicated professionals. Those that are not in a position to attend can still make full use of our online matchmaking platform Intertraffic Connect to network and engage with exhibitors and visitors alike.
A lot has changed in the past two years but our determination to bring the Intertraffic community back together again is steadfast, and we encourage every member of this community to focus on supporting one another.
