Paul Chorus
Paul Chorus obtained a PhD in 2012 for his research “Station Area Developments in Tokyo and What the Randstad Can Learn from Them.” Since then, he has actively applied the insights from this research in his work for the Province of North Holland. He has been involved in several station area development projects across North Holland.
Based on his research, he introduced the corridor approach within the Province of North Holland. This approach takes an integrated view of individual nodes, focusing on how they can strengthen each other programmatically, with the province playing a coordinating role. Today, corridor-level collaboration is in place across five corridors throughout the province
