With an engineering foundation and a career path spanning technical, project, and executive leadership—including his tenure as COO of Yellowbrick International and Managing Director of Flowbird UP—he bring a holistic view to the fintech landscape. Currently, Christophe lead Payments Strategy, Partnerships, and Product Management, focused on architecting the future of payments at Arrive through high-performance alliances and innovative product strategy.
Tim Öhman Cirillo is Deputy CEO at Billogram, a recurring payments platform helping businesses streamline and scale how they get paid. With 10+ years in the payments industry and a background spanning CFO and COO roles, he brings a mix of financial rigor and operational execution focused on building efficient and scalable growth. Previously, Tim held a financial leadership role at Cirrato Technologies and has worked across finance, operations, and strategy in high-growth environments.
Theo Thuis is President of the European Parking Association and Managing Director, Innovation at Q-Park. With a background in Economic Geography and Regional Economics, he has held senior roles in both public administration and international parking operations. As former COO and Board member at Q-Park, he led expansion across Germany, the UK, and the Nordics, overseeing operations in 10 countries and more than 150 cities. Within EPA, he has served on the Policy & Strategy Committee and, since 2019, as Chairman of the Scientific Committee.
