Vries Strookman

Vries Strookman specializes and operates in drone-related matters for government, institutions and businesses. Since 2020, he has been active in the Dutch drone sector, as co-founder of Amsterdam Drone Lab. In that capacity, he contributes to drone policies, drone applications and public awareness and built on relations with a range of stakeholders, national and international businesses, as well as cities and regions associations. Vries recently co-founded SAMLab, a sustainable air mobility initiative with the goal to accelerate exchange of knowledge, expertise and skills between marine, maritime and urban drone applications. Vries has academic background in Business Administration (MSc) and Communication Science (MA).
