Tim Johannes

Tim Johannes is a Senior Project Manager at New Mobility Solutions Hamburg GmbH (NMS), where he drives innovative and sustainable mobility projects for the city of Hamburg. He leads the Hamburg use case of the European autonomous freight logistics project MODI and contributes to the Pre-Large-Scale Demonstrator initiative.

Tim entered the field of autonomous mobility in 2019, helping to launch one of the first autonomous shuttle projects in Germany. He later joined a German autonomous shuttle manufacturer, where he served as Key Account Manager for the US and DACH markets, building strong international partnerships and supporting public transport operators in deploying autonomous vehicle technology.

Today at NMS, he focuses on shaping connected, low-emission and future-ready mobility solutions that make Hamburg more efficient, accessible and livable.
