Building Trust in the Mobility Ecosystem: Aligning Public and Private Expectations
Can I trust you? Can I trust my allies?
Within the pyramid of Trust, many aspects are considered to be very important to commit to the ongoing relationship to achieve Results. We all work to achieve the best results. We all collaborate and try to do the best we can to reach our own target and take in consideration what the other target is. Trust between public and private stakeholders is essential - after all, it relies on data sharing, effective public–private cooperation and putting user needs at the centre.
This session explores the “buzzword” trust: the differing expectations between private companies and public authorities, what is said versus what is meant, and what each side can realistically expect. In a House of Commens-style, we’ll uncover together how to build meaningful, long-term relationships grounded in mutual understanding and trust. Trust us, it is going to be eye-opening.
