What's included in the basic shell scheme?
The organiser's basic shell scheme costs US$96 per m², excluding taxes and the 16% administrative fee. It includes:
- Back and side walls, each 1 m wide and 2.44 m high, with 6 mm white Kenglo panels on an aluminium pipe frame
- 30 cm × 3 m header sign per 9 m², with company name and stand number
- One single-phase double electrical outlet per 9 m² (1,000 W, 110 V, 60 Hz)
- One table, two chairs and one waste basket
- Slim lights and grey carpet
- General exhibition decoration and lighting
- 24-hour perimeter security
- Cleaning of aisles and common areas
Stand construction requirements
The organiser's shell scheme is mandatory for stands smaller than 16 m². Stand-space rental otherwise excludes stand construction.
If you arrange your own stand, it must have self-supporting side and rear walls, company name and stand number signage, carpet tiles and (LED) lighting. Any construction higher or lower than 2.50 metres must be finished appropriately, including sides facing adjacent stands where applicable.
All participants using their own stand construction must submit the stand design to RAI for approval. Further requirements are set out in the Accommodation Rules.
Co-exhibitors and conditions
For each additional company exhibiting within a main participant's rented stand space, the main participant is charged a US$550 co-exhibitor registration fee. Each co-exhibitor receives the same participation package as the main participant. A separate registration form must be completed for each co-exhibitor.
Stand space is US$445 per m², excluding stand construction. The organiser's shell scheme is US$96 per m². All prices exclude taxes and the 16% administrative fee.
