UTAL’s fully Automated Production Line for License Plate Personalization embosses and hot-stamps blank plates at speeds of up to 1,000 plates per hour and can be efficiently operated by a single operator.
Its innovative design enables the processing of random combinations of digits and letters. When connected to an external database, orders are processed online and in real time, with no production delays. The machine operates in conjunction with the manufacturer’s IT system – ProPlate.

NFC Secure Plus
The NFC Secure Plus embossing press is a solution designed by UTAL to ensure strict control over the license plate personalization process. All production orders are transmitted electronically, while the machine supervises the operator’s work and verifies the embossed registration number. The press software eliminates operator errors during personalization by blocking the embossing operation in case of any discrepancies.
