URBIOTICA Product releases presented at Intetraffic
As cities and private operators seek more efficient, data-driven ways to manage parking and mobility, Urbiotica is set to showcase its most advanced solutions yet at Intertraffic Amsterdam 2026. From fully automated enforcement to real-time access control and flexible integration options, visitors will discover how Urbiotica is redefining Smart Parking for both on-street and off-street environm
Key Highlight: Automatic user identification for evidence-based, automated enforcement
A major highlight of Urbiotica’s presence at the event will be the introduction of its enhanced enforcement solution, which now enables the automatic identification of users via License Plate Recognition (LPR). This new functionality allows operators to fully automate violation detection and sanction processes.
With this solution, it is now possible to:
• Detect unauthorized space-by-space occupation in real time
• Validate access through license plate checks (whitelists or payment records)
• Capture evidence (image + license plate)
• Automatically issue sanctions without manual intervention
This system is designed to streamline single space regulation and access control for gated and open parking areas.
A comprehensive portfolio for diverse parking needs
Urbiotica will also present its broad portfolio of parking detection and control solutions, capable of addressing nearly all operational requirements for both on-street and off-street scenarios.
The portfolio includes:
• IoT sensors (surface-mounted and in-ground)
• Vision-based sensors (cameras for space detection and access control)
• Connectivity technologies: LoRa and NB-IoT
• Flexible software solutions with or without associated detection systems
This modular, integrable system supports use cases such as real-time guidance, user and time control, payment validation, and advanced analytics, tailored to the needs of each operator or facility.
