ATLAS is the new product designed by SMA Road Safe
ATLAS is the Weigh in Motion (WIM) system that detects truck weights using load cells that directly measure the weight of the tires on the device, taking into account the dynamic effects of movement.
In addition, the system assesses the weight of the vehicles and also calculates the speed at which the vehicle passes, thanks to vehicle detection loops placed before and after the WIM system.
