New TLEX Interface

Today, Monotch released a major update to TLEX®, the world-leading real-time data-sharing layer that connects road infrastructure, road users, applications, AI models, and data-exchange networks. 
This release simplifies deployment and reduces implementation effort, enabling plug-and-play ecosystems with fine-grained governance and accelerated application and AI integration — delivering greater control and scalable digital mobility services.
Designed to turn digital mobility investments into scalable operational results, the new release helps organisations move from integration effort to measurable impact.
Building on a decade of real-world deployments worldwide, the updated TLEX consolidates operational experience into a modular architecture designed for clarity, flexibility and growth.
The new plug-and-play ecosystem simplifies onboarding for infrastructure, service providers and partners, while fine-grained governance provides precise control over policies, data access and operational oversight. At the same time, streamlined application and AI integration enable organisations to move faster from integration to operation — activating and scaling high-impact mobility services within a controlled environment.
Authorities can begin with a focused deployment and expand step by step without rebuilding their digital foundation. Predefined support packages reduce complexity and shorten time to operational impact, making it easier to roll out new services and achieve measurable results.
At Intertraffic Amsterdam, Monotch will conduct the first live demonstrations of the new TLEX version, showcasing real-time deployment, ecosystem integration and scalable service activation.

Monotch today introduces Connected Transport, a production-ready service that enables real-time data exchange between road authorities, roadside infrastructure, traffic control systems, mobility services and logistics service providers. The international introduction takes place at Intertraffic 2026, where Monotch demonstrates how connected transport is now available as an operational, off-the-shelf service.

Connected Transport is powered by TLEX, the Monotch platform, and provides a shared, open services layer for connected mobility. By leveraging standardised interfaces, vehicles, fleet management systems (FMS), and public authorities can connect using their existing on-board solutions, eliminating the need for complex, project-specific deployments.

The Connected Transport service is already operational across major logistics corridors in the Netherlands, a key gateway for European freight. Within this region, vehicles equipped with our partner's fleet management solutions and onboard applications are integrated into their customers' daily transport operations. 
Monotch is now actively expanding this service across Europe, onboarding additional FMS providers and national access points (NAPs), and preparing new international corridors to support seamless cross-border transport.

Connected Transport creates a direct operational link between truck GPS data — via fleet management providers — and roadside infrastructure systems operated by road authorities. This establishes a coordinated digital network between vehicles, fleet systems and traffic control infrastructure.
A key capability is the active optimisation of freight movements in urban corridors. On designated routes, connected trucks can submit priority requests at traffic light intersections. By reducing unnecessary stops and enabling more constant speeds, the service helps lower fuel consumption, reduce emissions and improve traffic flow.
At the same time, drivers receive real-time safety alerts based on their precise position. These alerts include approaching emergency vehicles, active roadworks, temporary closures and other hazardous situations along their route.
Together, these capabilities support safer operations, improved efficiency and more sustainable logistics across European transport networks.
