Because of the backward compatibility to our traffic controllers AVT VSZ/M and STOYE VSA 7800 it is prepared for all tasks in an optimal way. The existent traffic programs can be adopted into the PTC 9000 without the need to build and compile everything new.

With VTmanager, information from different sources is compiled and processed with the aim of maximising the efficiency of the existing infrastructure in urban areas. The necessary data is collected, located on a central network graph and processed using complex procedures. The result is an evaluation of the current traffic and environmental situation and a forecast.

The Green Wave Assistant (Smartphone App)

The app helps you decide which displays the red and green phases of the traffic lights ahead. The free app uses GPS positioning and integrated map data to recognize which traffic light the driver is approaching and indicates whether the traffic light will be green or red at the current speed. A red-green carpet visualizes this information: a green area means the road is clear, a red one indicates a probable stop.

With the CROSSIG planning tool from GEVAS software, traffic engineers can design, test and quality-assure control systems for traffic signals. CROSSIG has been tried and tested in practice for 35 years. In combination with the TRENDS core, which is implemented in a large number of control units, direct supply of traffic signal systems is possible. More than 300 customers in 29 countries work with the traffic engineer workstation CROSSIG.
