Smart Mobility Conference
ITS China and Intertraffic China are jointly organizing the Smart Mobility Conference. The bi-lingual programme will highlight key industry topics as Mobility as a Service, big data and smart mobility. The Smart Mobility Conference takes place on 29 May and is free to attend for registered visitors.
The first confirmed key note speaker is Carlo van de Weijer.
Carlo van de Weijer (1966) has a Master degree in Mechanical Engineer from the TU Eindhoven and a PhD degree with honors from Technical University in Graz. He carries a broad experience in the automotive industry with a.o. executive positions at Siemens and TomTom. Currently he is director of the Strategic Area Smart Mobility at Eindhoven University of Technology, alongside his work for TomTom. He advises ministries and industry around the world on the future of mobility and is member of the supervisory board of several high-tech companies and start-ups. He is an international speaker on exponential technology and the future of high-tech, amongst others as faculty member of Silicon Valley based Singularity University and lecturer at Gordon international Business School in Johannesburg.

Visit the new event for startups in the traffic and mobility industry: ITSUP
Intertraffic China is launching ITSUP China. In the last few years, China’s emerge in innovation and new technologies has been hard to neglect. That’s why ITSUP, the startup event for young businesses in the automotive and smart mobility industry, is going worldwide with a first regional edition in China.
(International) startups can join the event, held during Intertraffic China, for a small participation fee.
