DESCRIPTION:<p>An inflection point is needed in road safety because progress has stalled with current efforts. Miovision proposes to unlock progress with a new approach where ITS enables road safety decisions that are founded on predictive  science, structured through warrants, and scaled through automation. The concepts of foundation on science, structure through warrants, and scale through automation will be developed through summaries of five recent research papers published by Miovision and university partners. The approach will be illustrated in our new solution called Continuous Safety Monitoring. </p>
