DESCRIPTION:<p>This session will explore how sustainable design, greener materials and climate-resilient infrastructure can jointly enhance environmental performance and road safety.  Positioned at the intersection of technology and governance, the discussion will consider integrated approaches that connect climate adaptation efforts with road safety objectives. It will examine how infrastructure and planning policies are evolving to support this convergence and assess the role of solutions already being applied. The discussion will also interrogate the role that data plays in this convergence and how it helps decision-makers identify risks, model future scenarios and prioritise investments that maximise both climate resilience and safety outcomes. </p>
