BedrijfsautoRAI 2012 - Registration now open for special vehicles innovation award

Registration for the SV Innovation Award by participants at the BedrijfsautoRAI 2012 exhibition (formerly TERTS) is now open. The winner of this prestigious prize, sponsored by ING Lease, will be announced during the official opening of the trade show on Tuesday 17 April.

The fifth SV Innovation Award will be presented to the company that has developed the best innovation related to improving efficiency and/or technology in the field of road transport. Exclusively open to exhibitors at BedrijfsautoRAI 2012, participants can register their product or service until 24 February 2012 via www.bedrijfsautorai.nl. An expert jury will evaluate all entries for their degree of innovation, sustainability, market potential, safety, ergonomics and environmental impact. There will be a maximum of five nominations.

“The previous editions have shown just how highly the industry values the SV Innovation Award,” says Olaf de Bruijn, director of the RAI Association. “As organiser of the award our goal is to enhance the focus on innovation in our sector. The nominees and eventual winner are sure to enjoy a great deal of publicity. We are also very pleased that we once again have an expert jury comprised of representatives from the industry, the transport sector, the media and scientific education. They face the fascinating challenge of evaluating the hopefully revolutionary entries.”

BedrijfsautoRAI is the leading platform for sustainable road transport in the Netherlands organised by Amsterdam RAI under the auspices of the RAI Association.
