Construction period

Amsterdam RAI Exhibition Centre will be open for the construction of stands and the delivery of goods:
Thursday 22 March                           07.00 – 22.00 hrs
Friday 23 March                                  07.00 – 22.00 hrs
Saturday 24 March                             07.00 – 18.00 hrs
Sunday 25 March                               07.00 – 18.00 hrs
Monday 26 March                               07.00 – 17.00 hrs

Stand dismantling and removal of material

Goods can be removed and stands be dismantled from 16:00 hrs on Friday 30 March until Sunday 1 April 18.00 hrs. Exhibitors who have ordered shell scheme construction must remove the goods from their stand on Friday 30 March before 24.00 hrs.

Opening hours exhibition

Tuesday 27 March                             10.00 - 18.00 hrs
Wednesday 28 March                       10.00 - 18.00 hrs
Thursday 29 March                          10.00 - 18.00 hrs
Friday 30 March                                  10.00 - 16.00 hrs
The RAI building will be open for exhibitors daily from 2hours before opening time until 2 hours after closing time. Exhibitors must have badges.
